Welcome to jojotalk. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

jojotalk is an entertainment app that playfully "translates" between you and your pet. Results are generated for fun and are not a literal interpretation of animal communication.

2. Accounts

You may use jojotalk as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google to sync your content. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the app or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• jojotalk offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use jojotalk for anything unlawful, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
